Los Angeles/Internship Learning Opportunities / Experience Profile: Major Pictures Television International Business Affairs & Acquisitions law intern will be completing many tasks related to the nature of Business Affairs & Acquisitions. Duties will include but not limited to supporting attorneys with licensing agreement, as well as the possibility of analyzing, drafting and negotiating under the supervision of an attorney. The intern will be responsible for inputting and updating Business Affairs documentation including contracts, deal memos, and format agreements into our database. The Intern will also be given the opportunity to interact with Program Directors and Licensors around the world.
