In House Associate Counsel
Draft, negotiate and provide counsel relating to domestic and international licensing agreements whereby companys original programming, documentaries and films are distributed to licensees in the United States and in foreign markets around the world. Also draft, negotiate and provide counsel relating to information technology agreements such as software license, equipment purchase, and technology service agreements. This position will report directly to Vice President and Senior Counsel.
